Football Jersey Wholesale Shipping Guide
A shipping quotation needs a confirmed product allocation and a receiving destination. Separate preparation time from transit time, and check what the agreed delivery arrangement includes.
Send enough information for a shipping quote
Start with the receiving country and postcode, selected products and total quantity. Flag kids sets, long sleeves and printing requests because different combinations may change the packed shipment. A jersey count alone does not establish final packed weight or the shipping charge.
- Country and postcode, including address details that may affect service.
- The reconciled product list: styles, versions, sizes and quantities.
- Any required names, numbers or patches, with a clear reference.
- A required arrival date, if there is one. Ask whether it is feasible; do not treat it as confirmed.
Why the same quantity can ship differently
The destination, carrier service, packed weight and parcel dimensions can affect the quotation. Packing and the selected product mix may change those measurements. Ask whether the shipment is one parcel or several, and how the total shipment will be identified. Do not estimate a universal per-jersey shipping charge from a different order.
Separate handling from transit
Handling covers the steps agreed before dispatch, such as checking selected items, completing confirmed printing and packing. Transit begins after carrier handover. Ask for the estimated preparation period and estimated carrier transit separately, and establish what could change them. This guide does not promise a fixed dispatch or arrival window.
Confirm tracking and exceptions
Ask which carrier or service is proposed, whether tracking is included, and where the tracking reference will be supplied. For multiple parcels, request each reference and the parcel count. If an update appears delayed, share the tracking reference and last carrier scan when asking for help. Keep the dispatch record and order confirmation together.
Clarify destination charges before payment
Check the written quotation for what is included and excluded. Ask who handles any import clearance, duties, taxes or carrier handling charges that apply to the agreed destination and delivery terms. For local import information, check the receiving country’s official customs guidance; this page does not assign a universal customs responsibility.
A shipment confirmation checklist
Before approving the order, reconcile product quantities, destination details, the proposed service, parcel arrangements, estimated handling and transit, tracking, and any charges not included. A clear product list is the basis of a useful shipment quotation.
