Fan vs Player Version: Choosing for Your Customers →
Compare Fan and Player Version ordering requirements without assuming identical fit or specifications. Keep versions, sizes and printing clear in a reseller request.
LotJersey / Buyer decision guide
A wholesale jersey order is a set of specific product rows, not just a large number. Start with your customers and stock plan, then confirm the selected styles, versions, sizes, quantities and delivery arrangements with LotJersey.
Thirty pieces is the starting level for LotJersey’s published wholesale bands, not an absolute minimum order. Smaller requests can be quoted. The 30, 50 and 100 quantities used below are planning examples, not promises that every mixed request qualifies for one identical band.
Supported clubs and sizes can be requested together. Keep each club or style, season, version, size and quantity on a separate line. Fan and Player Version quantities remain distinct because the selected products and applicable terms can differ. Confirm the basis used for the complete mixed request in the written quotation.
Do not describe both Fan and Player Versions simply as “jerseys” in the final list. Check which version your buyer wants and ask for the size information for that exact product. A measurement confirmed for one product does not establish the same fit for another.
Add the exact name and number beside the relevant jersey, size and quantity. If otherwise identical shirts have different printing, separate them into different rows. Ask about any patch or historic lettering request; availability and additional charges are confirmed for the selected product. Check spelling before approval.
Send the receiving country and postcode so the transport arrangements can be checked. Confirm the full item list, accepted quantities, jersey and printing amounts, shipping separately, expected preparation and delivery timing, and the agreed payment method. Ask about route eligibility, tracking and any destination-specific responsibilities rather than assuming one service applies worldwide.
Compare the delivered styles, versions, sizes, printing and quantities with the approved list. Keep the order reference and clear photographs of any discrepancy. Receive and inspect before distributing items to local customers or treating the batch as ready retail stock.
| Club / style reference | Version | M | L | XL | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Style A | Fan | 4 | 4 | 2 | 10 |
| Style B | Fan | 4 | 4 | 2 | 10 |
| Style C | Player | 4 | 4 | 2 | 10 |
| Batch total | 20 Fan + 10 Player | 12 | 12 | 6 | 30 |
The allocation is illustrative, not a size recommendation, availability list or guarantee that the 30-piece band applies to every row. The mixed-version basis must be confirmed.
| Illustrative total | Possible allocation | What still needs confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| 30 jerseys | 20 Fan + 10 Player | Mixed-version terms and exact sizes |
| 50 jerseys | 30 Fan + 20 Player | Selected products, printing and shipping |
| 100 jerseys | 60 Fan + 40 Player | Complete allocation and quotation basis |
Use the allocation worksheet to turn a total into product rows. If you cannot identify the style, version or size behind a number, that part of the request is not ready to approve.
Send the selected styles, versions, sizes and quantities, plus your receiving country and postcode. Review the complete written confirmation before ordering.
